made by Kim Wilson c Stampin’ Up! 1998-2007 I have enjoyed playing with all the great stamp sets from Sell-a-bration. My friend Cheri gave me this tag and I made it into a card using the “All about U” stamp set. I love using the Stampin’ Up! colored brads for an accent.
