Craft Fair Project Instructions part 2
#4 Candy Bar covers. These are so simple. Just measure your candy bar (in this case Twix) leaving enough overlap for a strip of Sticky Strip on the designer paper (Dashing and other assorted). Add ribbon and a tag (Perfect Presentation).
#5 Notepad cubes and pens - hold tightly and stamp on the sides (Baroque Motifs and Perfect Pomegranate). Tie a cellophane bag with that great half price Satin ribbon. Fill an RSVP pen with a piece of Satin Ribbon. I ran SNAIL adhesive on the edge of my piece of ribbon and wrapped it tightly around the inside pen before inserting - very shiny and nice with the ribbon instead of paper. Post it Pad and Pen - I used a 3 1/2 by 5 acrylic frame instead of the usual larger ones. That gave just enough room for the snowman from Wishing you Cheer. This time I used the designer paper on the RSVP pen.
#6 Gift Card/money holder -
very similar to the one created by Paula, but I wanted it to fit into a small open end envelope (SU). My measurements are: 6 1/2 by 7 1/2. Score the larger side at 1 3/4 and 4 3/4. The designer paper (dashing) front panel is 2 1/2 x 6 3/4. I also put a strip of dp on the inside panel that folds up. Also punch out a half circle from this panel so you can see the money. Use only 1/2 piece of sticky strips on the edges of these 2 panels, since that measurement is cut down an inch from the original, or don’t adhere that panel at all and place a glue dot (with it’s backing paper) in the middle panel to attach the money or gift card!
I will post more projects next week. This weekend is our grand opening at the new Grace Church Building, so I will be busy with an open house, helping in our children’s wing and singing in the choir for all 3 services. Our new stage and worship center is awesome! We are singing an unusual arrangement of the Hallelujah Chorus, so I will also need to fit in a little extra practice time:)

Craft Fair Project Instructions
Here are some instructions for the projects I posted yesterday.
#1
1. Score a piece (12×12) of designer paper (Holiday Harmony) at 1 inch on opposite sides. Score the other 2 sides at 3 1/2 inches. Fold all in towards the inside of your paper.
2. Fold the piece in half and then at 1/4 ” from each side of the score line. This will make the bottom of the purse and the other side will be 2 pockets.
3. Adhere the pockets together - be sure to leave the opening free. I used sticky strip between the 2 sides for added security.
4. Use the slit punch to add ribbon handles - again I used sticky strip.
5. Decorate with a strip of cardstock and punched scallop. Stamp set used was Punch Pals.
#2
1. Cover a Large sized binder clip with designer paper. I used 3 strips of sticky strip to adhere - front, bottom and side. Add a ribbon bow.
2. Cover a 4×4 coaster with designer paper. Punch a hole in one corner with the Crop-A-Dile. Add some more ribbon.
#3
1. Cut a piece of cardstock (night of Navy) to 5 3/4 by 9 1/2. Score long side at 2 and 5 3/5 “. Wheel with Snow Jumbo wheel and white craft ink.
2. Using sticky strip, adhere so the small panel is inside. Punch hole through the top. Decorate as desired - I used the snowman from Punch Pals.
3. Cut a 2 feet piece of ribbon. Fold in half and center your hot chocolate packet in the ribbon fold. Insert into top of cardstock packet. Feed ends of ribbon from inside to outside through the front and back holes. Add a tag to the ribbon and tie in a knot. When you pull on the ribbon, the hot chocolate packet pops out! I didn’t show it in the photo, but this looks great with an added candy cane peeking out.
The rest of the instructions will be posted tomorrow. I have to organize some closets in our new church building and help with the Christmas decorating. It was so exciting last night to practice the Hallelujah chorus up on our beautiful new stage!

Acetate Card
Have you ever moved? Well this week I am helping to move a church (details on the “who is grace” link to the right). What an exciting (but exhausting) experience! I can’t wait to scrapbook some photos of our MOMS group cleaning and the kids enjoying their beautiful new rooms!
Here is a card I made a while back out of a transparency sheet. Instructions can be found on www.splitcoaststampers.com on the resources page under “Acetate Card”. I used Next to Navy and white stazOn ink and the Snowfall stamp set.

Today’s Tip - show off your 2 sided paper
Here’s a quick and easy card I came up with to showcase the 2 sided designer paper.
1. The main card body is a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 River Rock panel.
2. The 2 sided designer paper (Dashing) is 8 1/2 by 4 1/4 folded in half. The back half is adhered to the back of the River Rock panel.
Stamp set used was Snowfall.

Today’s Tip - Photo Corner Tree
A friend mentioned that the photo corner punch might make a good Christmas tree. I punched 2 sets of corners out of the Dashing Designer paper. The bigger corners are on the bottom and the 2 smaller are on the top, alternating sides. The dot at top is just from the 1/4″ punch - a rhinestone brad or a punched star would also look great. The stem is just a rectangular scrap. And Eureka… a perfect Christmas tree - quick and easy. Sentiment is from Holidays & Wishes and background is Spot On Jumbo Wheel. Colors are Real Red, Old Olive and River Rock. Don’t forget to order your designer paper on sale this month!

Cards for Military
Here is an easy card that I designed for our MOMS group to make and send to our military for Christmas. Stamp Set: Perfect Presentation, Colors: YoYo Yellow and Handsome Hunter, Accessories: Star punch - this fits perfectly over the star in the peace set. This would be a great card for those of you that send lots of Christmas cards, or who are selling cards this season.
TODAY IS THE LAST DAY to order Wishing You at 20% off. And don’t forget the Designer Paper Sale and my share for the PRINTS papers. All my specials are listed to the right. I am also taking reservations for my January through June Stamp Club. Contact me for details.
