Makeover Monday Challenge

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

Here is the card I made today for Andrea’s Makover Monday Challenge

http://andreawalford.com/?p=576

My inspiration card was the guitar card from the recent Stamp It magazine.  I used the Live Your Dream stamp set and Afternoon Tea DP from the Occasions mini-catalog.

If you wish to visit Andrea’s website for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, I would appreciate you clicking on the Demo to Demo  ad to your right.  She is giving away a free class planner to anyone who requests it!

Beach Glass

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

I’m trying to empty my winter folder of projects to share!  This is a photo frame turned into beach glass art.  Collecting beach glass is a special hobby for many of us that live near Lake Erie.   Here I have watercolored a picture using the Blooming with Love stamp set and added a few chips of beach glass to the flowers.

Here’s a couple of cards I made with supplies from the Occasions mini-catalog.  The dates to order from this catalog have been extended to June 30.tart2.jpgtart.jpg

First Impressions Video

Tuesday, May 20th, 2008

If you would like to see a short video about the history and opportunity with Stampin’ Up! visit here:

It even shows a little bit about how the stamps are made and distributed.

Here’s another card inspired by the Stampin’ Success magazine that demonstrators receive monthly.  You can’t tell by the photo, but their is a punched out window and the word ”LIFE”  is on the inside of the card.  Isn’t it great how the new silver Hodgepodge Hardware (occasions mini-catalog) matches several of our punches!purse-and-enjoy-card-002-copy.jpg

My New Purse

Tuesday, May 20th, 2008

I had to share a photo of my new purse.  I love it! It has a pocket to display a card or photo.  Currently I am displaying a Carousel Note made with Afternoon Tea DP, silver hodgepodge, twill ribbon and Live Your Dream (occasions mini-catalog).  If you want a purse of your own, click on the Daily Window banner ad to the top right of my blog (or here:
