Easel Card Tutorial
Don’t forget the 12 days of Christmas sale ends on Tues at www.kwstamps.stampinup.net This is the project we made at my stamp class this week. It’s a quick and easy card and gift – all in one! I will be sending one to all my club members that missed class as a Christmas gift. I made mine into a calendar, but this card is also great to display a photo. It folds up and mails in a regular invitation sized envelope. It may need extra postage with the big brad. The ones I mail will just have dimensionals under the sentiment to hold the easel.
1. Cut Cardstock – red panel 4 1/4 x 4 1/4, red panel 4 1/4 x 8 1/2, score at 2 and 4 1/4, white panel 4 x 4
Stamp square panel and assemble.
2. Here is the folded large panel. Adhere the bottom of the square panel to the small folded panel that you see at the top.
4. Layer a sentiment on dimensionals towards the bottom of the large panel, so that the square panel will catch on it and stand up. You can also add a large brad to that panel to raise it even higher.
