How did you make the cute dress card and briefcase holder?

These were adapted from a tutorial by Jackie posted here and using the Sweet Pea DSP from the Occasions minicatalog:

I just changed the insides and also added a latch to the briefcase that inserts into a slit in the bottom panel (add the slit before you adhere the inside panel).  Doesn’t the silver hodgepodge hardware finish off these projects nicely?
