There are some great new masculine stamp sets in the Summer Minicatalog. But until I get to them, here is an older set (Sense of Time) that is just right for Father’s Day, along with the Cog Punch and Teeny Tiny Wishes.

I pulled out this set to copy a card from our last Stampin’ Success demo magazine. I haven’t used my dazzling diamonds glitter in a while either, so it was time for some sparkle. The colors is applied with ink and sponge daubers. Colors: Blushing Bride, Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery I just noticed in our […]

Here’s another project with the lattice die. It makes a great trellis for these flowers cut with Big Shot sizzlets. I also ran the top panel through the square lattice embossing folder (Inlaid or Inset Embossing Technique) before adding the flowers. Stamp set: Curly Cute.

Here’s a cross made by cutting off portions of the paper after using the Lattice die for the Big Shot. I have lots more ideas for this die which I will work on soon. The dry embossing is from the Tulip Frame folder. Paper is from Botanical Gazette and center is an Antique Brad.

Here’s another simple project with the Nature Walk. Love this set! The matching paper is really pretty too. As far as we know, both are only available until the end of the month. Remember class is Monday this time.

Here is the last card for stamp class on Monday. I have jury duty on Friday, so I’m hoping it will be for just one day! For this card, fold your regular sized card and use the scallop die for the Big Shot. Just be sure the folded edge is inside of the cutting edge. […]

We will make a card at Monday’s class using the Bargello Technique. Here are 2 samples, one with the technique and one with a faux version. For the true version, you cut strips of decorative paper, and adhere them. Then cut strips of varying sizes the other direction and adhere them in a pleasing pattern. […]
