Sharing the Stampin’ Up! Opportunity

Sharing the Stampin’ Up! Opportunity presented by Brian Pilling was another great class at Leadership 2012.  We learned about the Staircase Model of Relationship Building because our business is all about relationships.   My class notes are below.

But first:  did you know that there are 2 specials for new demonstrators during Sale-A-Bration?  The kit is on sale for only $125.  Plus you get a free package of Designer Series Paper or a free digital download each subsequent month for the rest of the year with your first order of the month.  WOW!!  The theme of Leadership this year was MY WAY.  And you can join just to get the discount and other perks, or as a way to suplement the family income.  Do it YOUR WAY.  You can even sign up right online at my website www.kwstamps.stampinup.net  and pick what you want in your kit (YOUR WAY).

Here is the last card we made at class this week.  This uses several of the free Sale-A-Bration products- the DSP, Fresh Vintage stamp set,  Ribbon and Brad Pack.  And the Fresh Cut Notes and envelopes (package of 15) are only $3.59 on the Clearance Rack (while supplies last)!!!  Large Pearls are new in the Occasions mini, but you could also use the free Brads.  Choose the SHOP NOW button at my website to order.

Sharing the Stampin’ Up! Opportunity by Brian Pilling Notes

Staircase Model

1.  Initiating – They want to create a good impression, so make them feel comfortable.  Potential recruits are everywhere – putting in work is manditory.  Ensure proximity, readiness, benefits.  Sharing starts with us.

2. Experimenting – self disclosure promotes closeness – crops, facebook, share your story, show excitement, highlight need fulfillment, ask questions, look for non-verbal cues

3.   Intensifying – change to we and us

4.  Integrating – I think my cold was kicking in strong by the end!

5. Bonding – celebrate

I hope I can use these ideas to share the opportunity with others.  I have been a demonstrator for 13 years and totally agree that Stampin’ Up! is all about relationships.  I have made so many of my best friends through sharing my stamping hobby and business.  ( By the way,  if I am chosen for the free stamp set, my demo # is 15681  🙂
