Here’s another couple of cards made with the pennant punch, More Merry Messages and the 2 embossing folders in the Holiday minicatalog.  Again, I used bits of my Festival of Prints paper pack that has lasted forever. I used 2 of the scallop punches to center the star quilt.  (The pennant tips are just touching – so there is a large gap in the center).   Recognize the angel wings?  I used the Elegant Butterfly punch.  An oval of Champagne glitter paper forms the halo.
