I keep thinking of more great ideas for Valentine Cards.  This one has a fun cutout heart.

Hearts a Flutter stamp set and framelits

Adorning Accents Embossing folder

Delightful Dozen stamp set

Sahara Sand, Primrose Petals Ink and Ribbon

Whisper White Cardstock  (If you haven’t used Stampin’ Up! white cardstock, you will never go back!)

Instructions – Must do in this order!

1.  Stamp Sahara Sand heart in desired location on FRONT of card.

2.  Cut out with Framelit.

3.  Emboss the card with heart folder.

4.  Add back the cut out heart with a dimensional (from the front, but adhering to the inside).

5.  Add another smaller heart with dimensional, sentiment and ribbon.
