Here’s a fun technique to try.  The Sunburst Technique is a variation on masking and sponging.  First make a reverse mask for the sun (I punched out the circle and used the outside part for the mask).  I sponged with 2 different shades of ink – I think it was Summer Starfruit with a touch of Tangerine Tango.  I made the starburst with sheets of copy paper and just moved them each time I sponged.  The sentiment is from the Feel Goods stamp set (Spring Catalog).
