Only a few more days left in Stampin’ Up!’s biggest promotion of the year. I’m trying to squeeze in my last few creations with these fun products. The “See Ya Later” stamp set is a perfect fit for this fun alligator layout using the Top Note die.  And Smoky Slate is the perfect color for the Gray Sky sentiment in that set.

Today’s Tips:

-Score the top note die cut before folding.
-Use different sizes and colors of punch outs for the eyeballs – add a touch of white with the chalk marker.
-Gumball Green is retiring soon – cardstock is on the Clearance Rack and don’t forget to pick up your ink refill. The new ink pads have better coverage, but they need to be re-inked frequently. Spread ink with the back of a plastic spoon, pushing into the pad.
– use the fringe scissors to make the teeth.
-Line up 3 filmstrips from the On Film Framelits for the second card. I stamped on watercolor paper and added a bit of color with ink and an aqua painter.
