No Line Paper Piercing

Here are some more techniques we learned at the last Erie Area Demo meeting.  Stamp Class is Tuesday – see my Facebook page or website for details.

Today’s Tips:

-For no line paper piercing (card by Pam), first stamp on the back of your panel in any color.  Pierce holes wherever there are stamped lines.  Turn the panel over, and watercolor the image using the piercing as a guide.

-For watercoloring, use markers, or aqua painter and ink or whatever is your favorite watercoloring medium.

-Best with watercolor paper, but Whisper White is fine.

To make the flowers (by Brenda):

Use any flower punch or die with 6 or more petals – here is the Blossom Punch by Stampin’ Up!

Punch 3 flowers. Cut a slit in 1. Cut a petal off 1. Cut 2 petals off 1. Scrunch, spritz and work the petals. Roll up and glue. Cut off the bottoms of each piece before assembly. Oh – and save the petals you cut off. Those get rolled up for the center.

All supplies can be purchased at my website – button to the right.
