For the next few days I will give my tips for my last Card Class.  Sorry these are so late!  Like yesterday, this card features the retiring Big News stamp set.

Today’s Tips:

-Lots of embossing folders are retiring – I gave everyone a choice and they all looked good with this layout.

-Layer some ovals of the It’s My Party Paper Stack.  This retiring paper has great party images.  I’m keeping mine!  I’m also keeping the Oval framelits.  Even though these are retiring to make way for the layering ovals, this set has a couple larger ones that are not duplicated.  Be sure you pick a lighter paper to stamp on and then layer with a darker one.

-And of course pop up the Woo-hoo with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  My inspiration for this card (a swap from OnStage) had the Woohoo mounted on a toothpick.  I wish I could find the old style flat toothpicks!
