Jars and Cookie-Cutters – 6
Time for another Stampin’ Up! series of posts. This time I went wild with the Everyday Jar Framelits Dies and the Cookie-Cutter Punch. The matching stamp sets are Jar of Love, Jar of Cheer, Jar of Haunts, Cookie-Cutter Christmas and Cookie-Cutter Halloween.
Here’s a cute box made with the Cookie-Cutter Halloween scarecrow that was inspired by a project by Janet Wakeland. It just needs to be filled with treats! The Clear Tiny Treat boxes are in the Annual Catalog. I made a cardstock “stick” from Crumb Cake and the Hardwood background stamp. The strip of designer paper (Halloween Night) is 12″ by 1-1-2 inches. and wrapped around the box, curled at the top and tied with Halloween Night Baker’s Twine.
I made a few tags to send out with my Holiday Catalogs. The background is from the Ghoulish Grunge stamp set.
Today’s tip for using the Cookie Cutter Punch. If you do not want the pieces on the sides to cut, use 5-1/2 by 2 inch strips to stamp on. Stamp the cookie-cutter so the “feet” are towards a short edge. You can get 2 from each strip. You could probably make your strips a little smaller, but this size works well for a class.
All the Stampin’ Up! products you see here can be purchased at my website shop.
