I found the perfect frame for a Project Life advent calendar at Target last week for under $15.

Here’s the tag on the back in case you want the details.

My Project Life Hello December kit and accessory pack are not here yet, so I added a few leftover cards from last year’s kit to give you an idea of what it will look like.   There are 5 rows, and 5 cards fit on each row.   I made numbers with the Large Number Framelit Dies, but the accessory kit comes with number stickers for each day in December if you want to use those instead.

On the back you can tape some candy or write an activity (such as “make cookies”,  “be jolly” “listen to Christmas music”,  “call a friend”).  I will be printing Bible verses for the back of mine.  This blog has a download that you can use for printable verses as well as some other advent calendar ideas.

Today’s Tips:

-Each row in the calendar has 2 or 3 clips.  I added in some small clothespins – they are retired, but on the Clearance Rack while supplies last.

-When you are finished with the cards, add them to a Project Life album in pocket pages.  There are pockets to add 4×6 photos as well.  You now have a easy album of your Christmas  memories.

Here is my advent album from last year.  You can use some of the cards and embellishments to decorate the album cover as well as for the pocket pages.
