Today’s Tip:  Use blender pens or aquapainters to blend the Watercolor Pencils.  I like Shimmery White cardstock for the very best blending, although Whisper White and Watercolor Paper also work fine as long as you don’t work the color too much and damage the paper.  Lay down color with the pencils around the edges of your image or throughout the area to be colored.  Lay down a heavier layer or a different color where you want a darker shade.  In small circles, pull the color inward with your blender pen or aquapainter.  For a true watercolored look, you want different levels of shading and a tiny bit of white space.  You can always add more color after the image has dried.
