Today’s Tips –

Stampin’ Dimensionals are the secret to my balloon cards.  Use them behind the hot air balloons and behind the mint panel with the cloud cut-outs.

There are several good ways to adhere the colored diecut panels behind the balloon.  The Stampin’ Up! fine tip glue pen, sponging on some Stampin’ Up! liquid glue or running some strips of Stampin’ Up! Tear & Tape behind the cardstock before die-cutting.
