Today’s Tips:

Get 12 panels for this card from 1 sheet of 12×12 Designer Series Paper!  First cut your sheet into (6) 4×6″ pieces.  Then cut each piece diagonally at 2 inches from each end.  If the paper is directional, you can either flip it over or use a different layout as I did here.

There are several good ways to adhere the colored diecut panels behind the balloon.  The Stampin’ Up! fine tip glue pen, sponging on some Stampin’ Up! liquid glue or running some strips of Stampin’ Up! Tear & Tape behind the cardstock before die-cutting.

Use SNAIL adhesive to adhere the ribbon and Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the balloons to the card.
