Merry Patterns
The Merry Patterns stamp set is brand new just for Stampin’ Up! hosts. I had so much fun playing with it last weekend. The outline and pattern stamps will give you so many options – I can tell this will be a favorite.
For my first 2 cards I used the deer stamps. The outline on the Wood Textures paper is striking. And the fun sweater stamp goes nicely with the Quilted Christmas paper.
Today’s Tip:
Run the Quilted Christmas paper though the Big Shot with the Quilt Embossing Folder. Lightly sand the paper to bring out the contrast (bottom panel on right card above).
The candle stamps are so much fun because there are separate stamps for the outline, 2 patterns and the flame. So you can make them in any color combination.
Today’s Tip:
-Mask the candle stamp by stamping and trimming a post it note. Stamp the foliage and remove mask.
-To get 2 tones of candles: Stamp one pattern in full strength Cherry Cobbler ink. Stamp the other off on scrap paper first.
-Check out the product list below to see what I used on these cards.
And here are a few photos from the Stampin’ Up! artists:
I hope you’ll agree that the Merry Patterns stamp set is a must have for your Stampin’ Up! Collection. You can get it right now with a $300 order from my website shop. Or contact me to set up a host code for you so friends and family can help you earn it.
Happy crafting,
Kim Wilson
