The Barn Door stamp set and Sliding Door Framelit Dies have been favorites with my customers.  I’m so glad they will carry over into the new Annual Catalog (although not at the discounted bundle price).   Here are a few tips for making a slider card.

Watch the video below to see how to assemble the card with washers.  I have also seen people use buttons or pennies.  For my card above, I used rectangles of Window Sheet.  The door still slides nicely and it is much lighter.  Cut 4 pieces of window sheet 1/2″ x 2″.  Sandwich a piece of adhesive strip between each pair and attach to the door.  They slip easily into the die cut slots (add your stamped panel first).

Just add a few more strips of the adhesive strips and mount on a card base.  It’s pretty easy to complete, and fun to decorate with the different wreath stamps.

Above is another card I made with the Barn Door Bundle.  The insides of this trifold card use the Waterfront stamp set to make a  scene.
