The Country Home stamp set is my current favorite.  It’s amazing how on trend the Country Lane Suite is.  I snapped this photo of a new fall display in Wegmans.  Sure enough – cotton decor and galvanized metallic tins – just like our suite.

Did you know?  Cotton on the plant in its protective case is called a cotton boll.  (As opposed to a processed cotton ball that we use for all sorts of crafty purposes).

So here is an easy card I made with the Country Home Suite.  I love this fresh color combo for fall. Mmm – Blackberry Bliss and Mint Macaron –  I’m so glad to have these colors back.  Thank you Stampin’ Up!

Stampin up, Country Home

Today’s tips:

Take a tiny bit from a cotton ball, tease it to be thin, and adhere to the cotton spray with a dot of Multipurpose glue.

Paper piece the tin using the new galvanized paper.  Yes, I was able to stamp in Memento ink – this paper is not shiny like the Stampin’ Up foils.

Remember, you can get my free CardClass pdfs of Country Home projects if you are a new subscriber to my newsletter or with any purchase at my shop.  The chicken wire elements are currently backordered until Oct 8, but I would get them ordered right now so you get them in time for your fall projects.

Be on trend too, and pick up the whole suite here.  You can see the individual items and some other coordinating products below.

Happy crafting,

Kim Wilson
