Farmhouse Christmas again

I’ve been sharing a lot of projects with my favorite bundle this season:  Farmhouse Christmas.  I almost forgot to show my class card from September.

The Buffalo Check background looks great in lots of color combos.  Here I used white and Sahara Sand to keep it subtle.  My favorite of course, is the classic red and black from yesterday’s post.  The supply list is also on that post.  The Stampin’ Blends in Cherry Cobbler are crucial to get the nice bright colors.

And don’t forget to add checks to the envelope flap.  It’s easy, just add a large piece of scrap paper under the flap to protect the rest of the envelope.

Another fun technique you can do with the Buffalo Check stamp is to create a plaid design.  Can you tell which paper is the Farmhouse Christmas DSP and which are the panels that I stamped with Buffalo Check and made lines with a straight edge and Stampin’ Blends?

My grandpa used to sell Christmas trees at a roadside stand at his farm, so this brings me back to old times.  Farmhouse Christmas is one stamp set that will stay in my collection.  I hope you enjoy it too!

Happy crafting,
